How fast can you get out here?+
Most calls get a same-day answer, and a lot of them get a same-day fix. Call late in the afternoon and next morning is common. Tell us what it is doing and we will be straight with you about timing.
Do you do more than drain cleaning?+
Yes. Drain cleaning is a lot of what we do, but so are leaks, water heaters, toilets, gas lines, disposals, and sinks and faucets going in on remodels.
What parts of the metro do you cover?+
Kansas City and the suburbs around it, on both the Missouri and Kansas sides. If you're right on the edge of that, call and ask — you'll get a straight yes or no.
Will I know the price before you start?+
Yes. We look at the job, tell you what it takes and what it costs, and you decide. If there's a cheaper fix that will hold, we'll say so.
